1 General Provisions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 77bet platform and all services operated under it. When you visit the 77bet website, create an account, or use any service on the site, you are considered to have accepted these Terms.
These Terms apply to users in Bangladesh. Where any part of this document is written in both Bengali and English, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

3 Account Verification
77bet reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. Identity verification may be mandatory, particularly before processing a withdrawal or when claiming a large bonus.

- A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport
- Confirmation of the payment method used
- Proof of address if required
Withdrawal requests will not be processed until verification is complete. Failure to provide the required documents may result in account restrictions.

4 Deposits and Payments

5 Withdrawals and Payouts
5.1 Withdrawal Methods
Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
5.2 Minimum Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Amounts below this cannot be withdrawn.
5.3 Withdrawal Conditions
- Account verification is required before making a withdrawal.
- Withdrawals may only be made through the same method used for the deposit, unless support approves otherwise.
- The applicable wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- 77bet reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal if unusual or suspicious activity is detected.
6 Bonuses and Promotions
6.1 Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus funds, bringing the balance to ৳2,000; to withdraw the bonus funds, a wager of ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be completed.
6.2 Wagering Requirements
Each bonus has its own wagering requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering is complete. Some games or bets may not contribute in full towards wagering — this information is stated in the details of the specific promotion.
6.3 General Bonus Rules
- A promotion cannot be claimed more than once unless the terms state otherwise.
- Winnings earned from a bonus are treated as bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, 77bet reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.

6.4 VIP Program
Regularly active players can advance through three VIP levels: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each level offers weekly cashback: up to 0.4% at Bronze, up to 0.8% at Silver and up to 1.2% at Gold — based on total net losses for the week. Cashback amounts may also be subject to wagering requirements.
7 Betting and Gaming Rules
7.1 Bet Validity
A bet is only considered valid once it has been successfully registered and confirmed in the system. Incomplete bets due to network issues are not accepted.
7.2 Minimum and Maximum Bets
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across different games and events. These limits are displayed within the game interface.
7.3 Finality of Betting Results
For sports betting, bets are settled after the official result is announced. If an event is abandoned or postponed, 77bet will make a decision in accordance with the applicable rules. In casino games, results determined by the RNG (Random Number Generator) are final.
7.4 Multi Bet
A multi bet combines multiple selections into a single bet. All selections in a multi bet must win — if one loses, the entire bet is void. Multi bet odds are calculated by multiplying the decimal odds of each selection.
8 Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and will be treated as punishable offences:
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
- Coordinated or planned betting for the purpose of obtaining bonuses (bonus abuse)
- Placing bets using automated software, bots or scripts
- Hacking or attempting unauthorised access to the system
- Creating an account using another person's identity or submitting forged documents
- Attempting to place a bet after the outcome of a game is known (late betting)
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds
If such activities are detected, the account in question will be cancelled and funds may be confiscated.
9 Account Suspension and Closure
9.1 77bet's Rights
77bet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, without prior notice, for any reason — particularly in the event of a breach of these Terms.
9.2 Voluntary Account Closure by the User
If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact support. Any eligible withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed.
9.3 Inactive Accounts
Accounts that have not been used for an extended period may be marked as inactive. Users will be notified in advance.
10 Responsible Gambling
